We express a heartfelt thanks to Mary Lucas for her work and dedication to Post 331 as she has managed our Bingo program for the last several years. It is truly appreciated by all members of the post. Mary has decided to retire from Bingo.
We are in search of a person, or persons, that might be willing to be the lead operator(s) for Post 331 Bingo. Bingo is important to the post and many people in our community for whom bingo is a recreational outlet. We have Bingo every Thursday and Cosmic Bingo 2 times a year on a Saturday.
The responsibilities include purchasing the bingo and pull-tab supplies, setting up the room to sell the sheets, daubers etc., initialization and orderly shutdown of the Bingo machine, scheduling bingo callers and other staff. You will need an understanding of Charity Gaming laws as part of running the bingo. We will provide you with the necessary training prior to assuming the role as lead operator(s)
We ask those that are interested and have been a member of the Post 331 Family for more than 9 months, or are already on the bingo license, to send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

In our continuing effort to provide the best possible experience for our players and personnel, please be aware that BINGO IS BEING POSTPONED FOR THE FOLLOWING TWO WEEKS—i.e.—Thursday, July 6 and Thursday, July 13, 2017.
It is our intention to address organizational and procedural issues, lines of responsibility, and to provide staff development related particularly to Gaming Regulations, during this postponement.
We are tentatively scheduling staff development on July 6, 2017 at 7:15 PM., with additional training, if necessary and/or needed on July 11, 2017 at 7:15 PM.
IT IS EXPECTED THAT EVERYONE DESIRING TO BE INVOLVED WITH BINGO or GAMING, IN ANY MANNER, GOING FORWARD, WILL ATTEND THIS STAFF DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE.
It is our hope that the results of our intentions will provide a more positive, enjoyable experience for all.
